The Bunker crazy golf course is a great way to entertain the kids, and adults will love it too. With 18 holes themed to local landmarks like the Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle, the course is tricky enough to be challenging for those with golfing experience, while also excellent fun for those who’ve never picked up a putter before.
The Bunker also houses a soft play area for little ones and there’s a restaurant serving meals and snacks to keep everyone going. If the weather’s nice, there are picnic benches next to the crazy golf course where you can enjoy your fish and chips or ice creams while reminiscing about that excellent hole-in-one.

The wooden edging around each of the holes means that the ball never goes too far off course, so it doesn’t become too frustrating for kids (or adults) who’ve never tried crazy golf before. There’s a scorecard provided so competitive little ones can fill it in as you go round the course, or you can forget score-keeping and make it all just for fun. And of course, the kids will love a post-golf ice cream or bag of chips to recharge in time for the next adventure.
