Serving food from 9am to 9pm, Bamburgh Castle Inn can cater for most needs, whether it’s breakfast, brunch, lunch, an afternoon snack or dinner that you’re after. Confusingly, it’s not in Bamburgh and not near Bamburgh Castle, but don’t let that put you off. There are great views of the busy Seahouses harbour from the bar restaurant, and from their beer garden you can see right along the coast towards Holy Island.

Great for dogs because there’s a large area of the bar restaurant which is dog friendly. There’s also plenty of space around the tables for them to lie on the carpet and snooze while you enjoy your refreshments in peace.
Great for kids because the bar restaurant is very family friendly and there’s a children’s menu to satisfy little appetites. However, in accordance with their licencing restrictions, children can’t be in the restaurant area after 9pm.
